In 1975 when the communist took over Laos and renamed the country "Lao's People Democratic Republic" many Laotian have left the country and many of them came to live in France as refugees.

France was the most popular choice for Lao's refugees at that time because many Laotian understood French's language and some them have worked with French in Laos. France was the number one country who took the most of Lao's refugees to their country, follow by USA ranking number two.

Willy Denzey (real name William Thongrasamy) was born on August 19, 1982 in Melun, France. His parents were Laotian and he is Laos in France. Interested in music, Willy founded the band Prodyge with 4 friends. He was 15 & 3 years later, he participated to the TV show "Graines De Star" in 2000. Read more here...
