Champasak Province Travel Guide
Champasak province is located in southern of Laos and has borders with Thailand and Cambodia. This is a busy province where there are a lot of tourist and backpackers who attract by the relax country life style, friendly local people and unique attractions like Wat Phu temple, Si Phan Don (4000 Islands).
Pakse is it capital city and is the stop over center for most of tourist before they continue their journey to visit Boloven Plateau in the northeastern, Wat Phu temple and Si Phan Don in the south.

Last destination in the south of Laos is Si Phan Don (4000 Islands), here you can experience the great water-fall in South-East-Asia "Kon Phapheng". Attraction:
Boleven Plateau is located in the northeastern part of champassak province, situated over 1,500m above the sea level and very famous with agriculture products like coffee, orange and pineapple.
In the south Wat Phu temple a UNESCO World Heritage Site (Angkor Wat outside Cambodia) and Si Phan Don (4000 Island) which consider to be one of the most beautiful scenary in Laos.
